Who? Who founded your company or organization? Who are, and were, its officers? Who were, and are, its employees? Who were the people who developed your company’s product or service? Who are its clients or customers? Who are your company’s suppliers or service providers?
What? What does your company produce? What services are provided by the organization? What is its production process? What has been its most significant development? What was, or is, its most successful product?
Where? Where is your company or organization located? Where are your subsidiaries or field offices located? Where does your company or organization sell its products or services? 
When? When was your company or organization founded? When was the incorporation date? When did your company become profitable? When did the company or organization expand? When did the company move to a new location or a larger facility?
How? How is your company or organization structured? How do you manufacture your products? How has your organization adapted to changes in the market or environment? How was the company’s most notable product developed?
